Cone crushing plant consist of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and so on.
The spring cone crusher have a few tpes: The normal sort (PYB) is applied to secondary crushing The medium type (PYZ) and the short-head (PYD) are applied to good crushing
When the cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing through spring coupling, transmission shaft and a pair of cone equipment wheel. The crushing cone axis is pressured to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which can make the mantle at times near to the bowl liner, and some moments far absent from the bowl liner. The raw materia EPT are pressed, impacted and ultimately crushed in the crushing chamber.
